Mr. Eric Philips is a mechanical engineer who is a plant manager for the company Dana Incorporated. He is a graduate from Howard University and obtained his bachelors in Mechanical Engineering. Mr. Phillips is an intelligent engineer who is a hardworking leader. In his work he goes above beyond and strives to be the best he can be exceeding others expectations.

You have taught me to think through solving problems as well as the attitude I need to have completing them.
